The Leapfrog Group promotes hospital patient safety and encourages hospitals to participate in the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey. This survey supports the national Hospital Safety Score and is used by Consumer Reports and other national groups. We are the sole coordinator for Leapfrog in Ohio, Minnesota and Oregon.
