On February 4, 2021, The Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO) will recognize 100 Ohio employers for healthy worksite practices during Health Action Council’s virtual 2021 IN-VALUE-ABLE Conference & Expo.
The Conference & Expo, which features national experts on wellbeing, resilience and health reform, invites the public to register for this event at www.in-value-able.com.
The Healthy Worksite Award recognizes Ohio employers who demonstrate a commitment to employee wellness, through comprehensive worksite health promotion and wellness programs. Applicants are scored on their extent to their wellness programs that facilitate and encourage employee health, enhance productivity and ensure a healthy work environment.
“Health Action Council is honored to host this event during our virtual Conference & Expo,” said Patty Starr, President & CEO of Health Action Council. “We congratulate the winners and their commitment to the health and wellness of their employees.”
While the 2020 application deadline has passed, HCBO would like to encourage all worksites, large and small, public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, to consider applying for the Healthy Worksite Award in 2021. The online award application is available to all Ohio-based worksites from mid-August through late October each year.
