Practice Healthy Habits and Score Big!
The Health Action Council Fall Employer Step It Up Challenge, sponsored by CBIZ, is a no-cost, four-week step program that encourages and promotes overall wellbeing in the workplace. This fall, employees will have fun answering sports trivia questions while working as a team to get their daily steps in! By practicing healthy habits, your team can score big, both with improved wellness and prizes.
Register a team made up of at least three participants that include employees, colleagues, customers, family, and friends.

Deadline to Submit a Team Name: Tuesday, October 8
Deadline to Register Team Members: Thursday, October 10
Here’s how to join if you participated in our past Yumuuv platform challenges:
*Please note you will be joined under the same team name as the previous challenge. If you would like to switch your team name, please email [email protected]
If your team participated in a past YuMuuv challenge, but you are new, please follow steps 3 and 4 below.
Here’s how to get started if you didn't participate in our past Yumuuv platform challenges:

Prizes: Will be determined by team and individual leaderboards
Team Winner:
- 1st Place: Receive a healthy lunch up to $350 and a $300 donation in your name to either a local school garden project or Ronald McDonald House Charity.
- 2nd Place: Receive a healthy lunch up to $150 and a $200 donation in your name to either a local school garden project or Ronald McDonald House Charity.
- 3rd Place: Receive Step It Up swag for your team.
Individual Winner: 3 individuals from the Top 15 leaderboard will be entered in a drawing and randomly selected to win a new Fitbit Charge 5.
Have fun competing in daily sports trivia contests and pop-up mini challenges to win valuable prizes such as gift cards, Fitbits, gift sets, and swag! Whether you’re a die-hard sports fan or not, you’ll be sure to enjoy this challenge! Will you STEP UP to the plate?!
In addition to prizes, as a collective group, if we reach our step goal, we will donate $500 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana. Let’s step it up together and give back!

If you haven't participated in the YuMuuv platform, please fill out this form with your desired team name and information. Once completed, our team will reach out with a confirmation and registration instructions for your team members.
Q. What devices can participate?
YuMuuv connects to a variety of fitness tracking devices including Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, Polar, and Suunto. To view a full list of connectable devices click here.
Q. Does everyone on my team need to sign up through the YuMuuv link?
Yes, everyone on your team needs to sign up using the invite link at the middle of the page. If your team hasn't participated before in the YuMuuv platform, the first person to register from each organization should create a team using this form so others can join the correct team as they register in the challenge platform.
Q. If I don’t have a fitness tracking device, can I still participate?
Yes, participants can select “Manual Entry” when prompted to sync their device. *Please note logging distance or active minutes will not convert to steps.
Q. What is the Healthy Kids Step It Up Challenge?
The Healthy Kids Step It Up Challenge, powered by Health Action Council, is a national no-cost, four-week step program that promotes overall health and wellness in schools and the community. This challenge is intended for school leaders and parents to participate, model healthy habits for students, and win money for their school. If you are from a school and would like to register, visit the registration page. Schools cannot be registered to both challenges at the same time.
