Your Wellness Expedition Starts Here: Lead, Step, and Win!
This spring, discover how one small step can spark big change. The Spring Healthy Kids Step It Up Challenge, powered by Health Action Council, invites school leaders, staff, and parents to take part in a national no-cost, four-week wellness adventure that encourages overall health and wellness in schools and the community.
Each step in this challenge is about more than exercise, it’s about setting an example. As educators and school leaders, your choices shape the habits of the next generation. By joining the challenge, you’re showing students that health, balance, and perseverance are lifelong adventures worth taking. Our wellness platform partner, YuMuuv, allows participants to sync and manually enter steps, cheer on fellow steppers in the challenge chat, and view team and individual leaderboards.
Form a team for your district and take the first step toward a healthier, more active school community. Teams must include at least three participants of school administrators, educators, staff, or parents of students. (Participants must be 18 years or older.)
