The Health Action Council Step It Up Challenge is a no-cost, three-week step program. All you have to do is register a team made up of employees, colleagues, customers, family, and friends. Teams must have at least three participants.
“This challenge has been very popular among companies, and the results have led to increased engagement, collaboration, fun and healthier employees,” said Patty Starr, President & CEO, Health Action Council.
In addition to getting fit and having fun, steps taken during this challenge will go towards unlocking a $1,000 to Centers of Wellness for Urban Women, Inc. donation! We’ll also enjoy some friendly competition with team-based and individual-based challenges and various weekly events along the way!
