Reshaping Employee Experience And Organizational Culture

This report examines how the tumultuous events of 2020 and early 2021 have reshaped both the employee experience and organizational culture and what lessons can be applied for organizations to be able to thrive in the future.

To do so, we combine the qualitative findings from seven interviews with companies originally surveyed in September 2020 that reported high productivity and high employee experience along with April 2021 quantitative data from the third Workplace Reimagined survey.
