Digital Marketing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently searching for a savvy, energetic, and dedicated Marketing Coordinator with graphic design, digital marketing, and website skills to work in our Cleveland office.  The successful candidate will take direction, show initiative, and be able to work independently on projects.  S/he is a fast learner and willing to take on projects and direction.  A strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and desire to learn are essential.  You have a creative eye to produce impactful campaigns and supporting materials and an analytical mindset that can turn data into actionable insights.  You have knowledge of marketing techniques such as segmentation, targeting, email marketing, and database management.  The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and an effective and skilled team player. The individual is nimble and proactive and can work in a transforming and fluid environment with strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.  The ideal individual will take pride in making a difference and being an integral part of a small team.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of strategic social media and other digital initiatives, including developing and managing accounts, audience engagement, advertising, monitoring and analysis of marketing trends, and alignment with SEO/SEM efforts.  To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and experience with database marketing.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure Salesforce, Linvio, and Pardot are working seamlessly helping to better synchronize and segment initiatives. Enhance deliverability and engagement.
  • Design marketing materials
  • Design and maintain healthactioncouncil.org, findtherightcare.org, and IN-VALUE-ABLE.com
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies to increase pipeline
  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
  • Compile and present data for other departments
  • Execute strategic online communication campaigns using social media channels, email marketing, SMS, and other digital resources
  • Research and make recommendations on new/alternative platforms and social media channels
  • Interact with clients’ audiences in real-time to answer questions, promote interest, and generate conversation, maintaining positive online reputation/positioning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital campaigns, including strategy, objectives, tactics, KPIs/measurement elements
  • Assist in the development and analysis of strategic advertising campaigns on various channels
  • Develop, distribute, measure, and optimize email marketing campaigns
  • Development content including image sourcing, copywriting, link development, etc.
  • Produce videos
  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide monthly reports with forecasting and trend insights
  • Run technical aspects of webinars as needed
  • Other duties as advised by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a relative field
  • Strong graphic design and writing skills
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Integrity, honesty, and ethics in all regards
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of critical inbound marketing best practices, including SEO, blogging, social media, landing pages, etc.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics including trend and traffic analysis
  • Strong command of the English language with equally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to get the job done and willingness to pitch in and help in all aspects of the business as needed
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Preferred skills:

  • WordPress editing and management
  • Graphic design skills/familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Video production abilities
  • Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Manager, YouTube Channel, Hootsuite and Pardot
  • Webinar platforms
  • Basic HTML knowledge
