How Leadership Development Can Transform Workplace Wellbeing
On average, Americans spend as much time with their boss and work colleagues as their spouse. Also, the culture of the workplace is just as important as the culture of the household in determining a person’s overall wellbeing. While most people spend time nurturing their life at home, less time is spent cultivating the well-being at work. By training managers in autonomy, control, psychological safety, communication strategies, trust and change management, greater wellbeing at work can be achieved.
