Health Action Council is convening a small number of employers, providers and interested stakeholders in Indiana to discuss the development of community-based wellness initiatives that could improve Indiana’s citizens and the workforce over time. We will share findings on Indiana’s results in the Health Value Dashboard, a report created by the Health Policy Institute of Ohio that tracks states’ performance on population health outcomes and healthcare spending.

- The goals and metrics required to catalyze change across the state
