One of the important factors in keeping our population well and thriving is ensuring that people have a place to turn when they need help for social needs. When an employee, patient or community member is struggling to pay for food, utilities, housing and other needs, 2-1-1 is a trusted resource to help people find, understand and access community resources, 24 hours a day, every day. 2-1-1 Help Centers offer a network of caring professionals who provide assessment, information and service navigation to help people understand their options, resolve problems and improve their lives.

Approximately 75% of all 2-1-1 Help Centers receive a portion of their funding from United Way. Learn how creative partnerships between United Way, 2-1-1, hospitals and employers can help address the social needs in our community.
